Why LeBo exists
We understood the problem from both sides.
You notice infrastructure most when it stops being invisible to you.
Foreign friends sometimes relied on Le Li to access ordinary Chinese services that felt routine from inside the ecosystem.
Later, while traveling abroad, the team experienced the reverse: familiar payments, internet services and digital habits stopped working as expected.
Visiting China should not require learning an entire digital ecosystem before you can enjoy China.
LeBo began with a simple idea: keep the traveler’s attention on the place, while making the systems around the trip easier to navigate.
